How Can I Open My CSV?

You can open your CSV in Google Docs, Excel or Numbers. 

What if I have multiple businesses? 

Please create a new account for each business you have. That way, we can keep the customer details separate for each establishment. 

Is it really free? 

Yes it is! We understand there is a global emergency and we want to help our fellow business owners out by offering them a free solution. 

What information is collected? 

Currently the New Zealand government requires you to collect everyones, Full Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number and Time of Entry. 

Will you update the form if the law changes?

Yes, we will keep an eye on the latest developments and law requirements. 

Can I get a complete download of all my data?

Yes, just email us at [email protected] requesting the date range or all information and we will email you back with the CSV. 

Can I integrate this with Mailchimp or other newsletter platforms?

No, not right now but we are working on it in the next round of changes. 

How do I close my landing page down?

Get in contact with us at [email protected] and we will do an export of all your data and email it to you. We will then archive your landing page. 

Is it easy to filter my clients based on time of entry? 

Yes, once you have opened the CSV file in your chosen program (google doc, excel or numbers) then you can filter your data based on time of entry. See loom video below:

Foremost, we love to eat out and support local business! We also understand the headache of keeping a paper trail, not to mention the environmental impact of printing a number a form each night and storing them. We can only imagine how many people would need to touch a single paper form, we decided to put our technology know-how to good use and build this touchless, digital customer registration form that can be used for a wide variety of business.
