Cafes, Restaurants and Bars throughout New Zealand are now required to take registration of all their patrons/customers upon entering your business. Rather than having piles of paper and pens you constantly need to disinfect, we have made it easy for you to gather this information, touchless and keep your records in one central place for the minimum required period.

As a business owner, you must collect the following data from all your patrons. Name, address, email, phone number and time of entry and keep these records for a minimum of four weeks. Keetrax will continue to monitor these requirements and automatically update your form as new information is made required by law.
How The Customer Registration Form Works
- As a cafe, restaurant or bar owner, you create an account on kee.nz.
- We automatically set up a landing page with your logo or business name and the required form for your customers to fill out.
- As soon as that is done, you will receive an email with your link and a QR code to your landing page. For you to print out and have at the entry of your establishment.
- Touchless Form! Ask your customers to scan the QR code or type in your unique & simple URL on their phones allowing you a touchless entry of their details. If customers do not have a smartphone, you can always have a tablet handy opened to that landing page.
- As soon as a customer completes a form you are emailed their submission for confirmation upon entry.
- Your Records: Every day we will generate a CSV with all your customer details and time of entry.
